Who is TriForest?

What makes our products different?
We employ a unique manufacturing process which enables our bottles to be thicker with uniform wall thickness. The bottle has a shiny, mirror like surface and is scratch resistant. Our leak proof closure system is made with a very high density resin. This prevents any retention of taste or smell. Compare our bottles with all others and you will find "soft spots" on all other bottles. We ONLY use the FDA approved, food grade LexanŽ Polycarbonate resin only made by GE Plastics (See Attached). In addition, we perform leaching assays and test the bottles to ensure that there are no plasticizer/leached chemicals present in the contained contents of the bottle. View the Culligan Water Testing Lab report. The dyes used to add color to our bottles are non-toxic, safe, and free from heavy metals.
What exactly is LEXAN?
LEXANŽ Polycarbonate, is among the strongest form of plastic currently available for water bottles. It has Glass-like Clarity, Appearance, and Durability. It will also withstand substantial heat (135° C) & cold (-135° C) and will NOT distort its shape, develop an odor, or give a funny "plastic" taste to the water or any other edibles. Polycarbonate can be identified with a #7 in the recycling triangle on the bottom of the bottle, and GE LEXANŽ can be identified by the original green GE LEXANŽ tag.
